I would highly recommend you use lots of sun cream!!! Lots!!! It hurts!!! But I refuse to complain about this gorgeous weather!!!
I went out 6 out of 7 days this week, totalling 150 miles and even went swimming twice as well!!
I have also hit my £1500 target so thank you to everyone that has sponsored me!!!

Had a well earned rest day yesterday.
But finishing work shortly to go out on the bike inbetween showers. I need to work out which way the wind is blowing first and pick the easiest route!!!
Have started to think about the logistics of the ride now, all the things I need to make sure I have, charger for I Pod, batteries for camera, jelly beans, SUNCREAM!!!
5 weeks today and I will be heading to London!!! woo hoo!!!
